Turbulence Training - Day 5 of 84

I'm usually not one to make excuses about exercise, so I'll just be honest. I didn't feel like working out today, so I'll do it tomorrow. That's also odd for me - tend to be very obsessive about sticking to a schedule. I think having so much flexibility in the Turbulence Training plan messes me up. I suppose I could always move the intervals to my "off" days but then I wouldn't be able to Turbo and do other things I'd like to do. Well, I could Turbo but it wouldn't be fun after intervals. I think the intervals are the problem. I don't like them, not on the treadmill, and not at the 60/60 interval. I'd rather to some Tabata intervals (20/10). I know I don't have to run, but I still have not come up with an option that would be as effective. I'm trying to get the most bang for my buck here, short and sweet. That's the TT way. After the endless hours of P90X Doubles, I need short and sweet.

cereal w/ skim milk, banana

omelet w/ onions, peppers & salsa, light English muffin w/ reduced-sugar jelly [1 pt for the muffin]

apple & cottage cheese

green & red pepper slices, mozzarella string cheese [2 pts]

chili (made with all Filling Foods), garlic bread w/ olive oil [1 pt]

Four cups of coffee and 60 ounces of water. 5 weekly and 12 activity points remaining.

And sadly, I overate some peanut butter cups. I'm not going to count the points for them. I'm going to pretend it never happened. And it won't happen again. I actually debated whether or not I was even going to confess. Ugh. I'm just having a crappy day all around.

Good job confessing.

I have no idea what you're talking about...nothing ever happened.
