NROL4W - Stage 4 - Saturday - Rest Day

I didn't do any workout today.

Food:
eggs w/ avocado, toasted Sandwich Thin w/ butter [2 pts]
cottage cheese & plum
shredded barbecue beef [2 pts for sauce] on Flat Out bread [1 pt], roasted vegetables w/ homemade honey mustard dressing
Cheerios [2 pts] w/ skim milk, small piece of cantaloupe
air-popped popcorn w/ olive oil [2 pts, because I already had my "free" oils in my dressing]

80 ounces of water and four coffees. 12 activity points remaining. I got in all my GHGs.

Tomorrow's workout - I'm going to try to get out for a bike ride.

I told you about the open faced veggie sandwich I had on Thursday. I tried to recreate it today. I used a Flat out bread (love this!) and dusted oil and put it in the oven to crisp the bread. Then I put dijon mustard on it. I didn't have any honey mustard. Then summer squash, tomatoes, jalapenos, onion, etc (I can't remember) then an ounce of cheese on top then in the oven for about 5 more minutes. It wasn't as good but it was good. Also, I've made pizza with the flat out bread and that was very good. Same way, crisp the bread then make the pizza and bake to melt the crust.

I've used the Flat Out bread for pizza before, and tortilla chips. I love that stuff. I've been craving veggie pizza lately. I will have to hit up the produce stand tomorrow and make one Monday.

mmm, nummy. I'm glad I found it. I actually thought about making chips with it since I can't control myself around a whole bag.The thing I made today was basically a veggie pizza but without sauce.
