Today was measurement day. I'm not going to compare it to the last set of numbers from September 8, because I'm too lazy. Plus, I am never comfortable with the accuracy.

It's great that you track yourself consistently to stay accountable. I think it's so pathetic that I don't dare step on a scale or anything for fear that it will ruin my whole day. I think it's completely normal to indulge over the holidays...I feel the same way though - ready to get back on track and stay away from the crap. Funny about the M&Ms...maybe because you sort of DID have a plan with those you were able to resist? Or you at least told yourself that you COULD eat them and that's why you haven't whereas everything else was sort of "off limits"??

Thanks, Hayley. I hate taking measurements and getting on the scale, but I promised myself I wouldn't BS myself about all of it. I think avoidance would actually make me feel worse.
