Insanity - Week 7 - Sunday - Fit Test

Here is my progress, with one more Fit Test to go.

My net calorie burn was 138, and I'll take 1 activity point for that.

I weighed in at 134, which is exactly where I was two weeks ago, up from131.5 last Sunday.

Food:
coffee w/ skim milk [2]
scrambled eggs w/ onion, green pepper & cheese, light English muffin w/ peanut butter [12]
ham & cheese sandwich [9]
apple & cheese [4]
pork ribs w/ baked potato & olive oil [15]
bite of chocolate [1]
apple & cottage cheese [5]

I used all of my daily and activity points, and have 8 weekly points going unused. I also have 7 activity points that did not get used this week. I was ravenous today. Damn hormones.
