Bah! This was killer! I had to take quite a few breaks, and I couldn't even do some of the push up varieties. Well, I could, but I'd only get a few reps in because the form was hard to master and I am still having problems with my left thumb joint. I hope the next time I do this one (Monday, I think), I can do more. My net burn was 307 calories, good for 4 activity points.
