I love this workout! It was harder than normal - I'm finding my legs less and less cooperative as this goes along - but my net burn was still good - 384 calories, good for 5 activity points. I had absolutely no problems running with my Go Far kids this afternoon but when it comes to Insanity, I just can't dig any deeper. I am counting down - only 19 more workouts and a 5K.
