Insanity - Week 6 - Saturday - Max Interval Plyo

Insanity is killing me. I don't know if I can finish. Today was so difficult. My legs, especially my quads, felt so heavy. I could barely move them. I had to take a break during the warm up, something I haven't had to do since the first week. My net calorie burn today was only 306, for 4 activity points. I feel like I'm dragging. I have energy and my body feels fantastic after the workout and any other time. But during the workout, each leg feels like it weighs a hundred pounds. I just want to get through the next three weeks. I don't even care if I show any improvement over my last Fit Test. I just want to be done.

chocolate milk, hard boiled eggs & banana [12]
turkey sunshine salad w/ raspberry vinaigrette [13]
apple & cottage cheese [5]
carrot sticks [0]
chili [11]
homemade frozen yogurt [3]

I used all of my daily and activity points and have 31 weekly points remaining. I ate a lot today and I'm still hungry.

So cool to see you've posted this. Equally encouraging to know that results I've seen seem to be typical. I'm only down about 4.5 and I've just finished the end of my 5th week. I've been following the Insanity Diet plan. Next week (tomorrow) looks scary, to say the least.

Just wanted to drop a note to say keep up the good work. You made it through week 6, which is an accomplishment on its own! Good job :) I'm late in the game, but looking forward to following you to the end.
