Insanity - Week 6 - Thursday - Max Recovery

I did not wear my heart rate monitor for this, but at 47ish minutes, I will take 3 activity points. I hated this workout. It is my least favorite of the bunch. I haven't done Insane Abs yet, but I'm pretty sure Max Recovery sucks bigger balls.

Food:
iced coffee w/ skim milk [4]
apple & cottage cheese [5]
banana, ham, carrots & pepper slices [5]
cheese omelet w/ avocado & salsa [12]
jalapeno poppers [9]

I used all 29 daily points, all 3 activity points and have 44 weekly points remaining.
