Tough workout, again. I didn't sleep much last night and couldn't do the workout first thing in the morning. I needed to spend the day waking up enough to do it in the afternoon. I did pretty well, and my net burn was higher than last time, at 328 - good for 4 activity points.
Food:
banana, iced coffee w/ skim milk [4]
apple, coffee w/ skim milk [1]
coleslaw, baked beans & potato [12]
salad (lettuce, tomato, green pepper, carrots, apple) w/ hard boiled eggs, & light dressing & olive oil [10]
I ate 27 of my 29 daily points, none of my activity points and have 49 weekly points remaining. The salad was so big, I just never got hungry again.
