Busy day today. I woke up early to get my workout in, and my net burn was 280, good for 3 activity points. It was a fairly decent workout.
Food:
coffee w/ skim milk [1]
hard boiled egg & cottage cheese [7]
apple, vegetable soup, chicken tender (just 1) [6]
turkey sunshine salad w/ light dressing [11]
pork chop w/ onions & green pepper [8]
watermelon & cheese [4]
I used all of my daily and activity points and have 43 weekly points remaining.
