Insanity - Week 6 - Tuesday - Max Interval Plyo

Well this one was...I have no words. It was hard. I couldn't do it all without taking a break and/or modifying the moves. There were a few moves I really liked, but mostly, it was just an exhausting ass whoop. Because of the collapsing in a heap on the floor so often, my net burn was only 349, good for 4 activity points.

Food:
iced coffee w/ skim milk [3]
apple & cottage cheese [5]
baked potato & popcorn chicken [10]
salad w/ homemade dressing, hard boiled egg, cheese & avocado [11]

I used all 29 of my daily points, none of my activity points, and have 49 weekly points remaining.
