Confession. I actually did this workout last night. My father-in-law was due to arrive around the same time I would be working out and I didn't want that getting in the way of my exercise. So I did it last night before bed. I'm counting the 282 calories burned (3 activity points) toward today though.

I used all of my daily points, one of my activity points, and have 44 weekly points remaining. I am missing half a dairy serving.
