Here comes the fun stuff. An entire hour of ass kicking. Yay. My net burn was 422 calories, good for 5 activity points. I LOVED THIS WORKOUT!!! It was hard as hell but I loved it, loved it, loved it Even at an hour long, it is a keeper!

I'm way under my target for the day, 22 of 29. I might bank my 5 activity points, and I still have 49 weekly points remaining. I'm just not hungry.
