Woohoo, one of my favorites. At this point, I'm just happy to finish the workouts, especially now that I am 90% sure I have another nasty sinus infection (which hit quit suddenly, thanks to a local wildfire wreaking havoc on the air quality). My net burn was 382 calories, for 5 activity points.
Food:
iced coffee w/ skim milk [4]

macaroni & cheese [12]
salad w/ hard boiled eggs, light dressing & olive oil [8]
I used all of my daily points, 1 activity point, and have 49 weekly points remaining. I'm not feeling well and not all that hungry - I had to force myself to eat dinner - so I'm going to bed early.
