I know I said I was going to do Cardio Party 3 today but I was short on time so I did Fat Blaster instead. I do love this workout. My net burn was 274 calories, for 2 activity points.
Food:
iced coffee w/ skim milk [4]
oatmeal w/ protein powder, walnuts & blueberries [10]
chicken breast w/ mustard on bun & carrot sticks [7]
cheese omelet w/ rye bread toast [15]
I used all of my daily and activity points and have 36 weekly points remaining.
