It's supposed to be Cardio Recovery but I had to shift everything because of my 5K on Saturday. I still hate Cardio Abs. 1 activity point for that bullshit. Pure Cardio, my net calorie burn was 263 calories, good for 3 activity points.
Food:
banana, iced coffee w/ skim milk [4]
apple & cottage cheese [5]
corn dog nuggets [6] - grrrr!
turkey salad w/ light dressing [5]
homemade granola [5]
chicken breast w/ homemade mustard sauce on bun [8]
I used all 29 of my daily points, all of my activity points and have 48 weekly points remaining.
