I like this workout because it's not constant, crazy cardio. Remember how I cried the first time I did it? Pfft! Now I look forward to the break it provides. Anyway, my net calorie burn was 243, good for a mere 3 activity points.
Food:
banana, iced coffee w/ skim milk [4]
apple & cottage cheese [5]
chicken nuggets & baked fries [10] - I am not happy about this. I hate when we have this on the menu at work.
