I really, really, really dislike Cardio Abs. I hate ab work on the floor, unless it's planks. I'll take 1 activity point for that, and 3 for Pure Cardio, where my net burn was 268 calories. I was exhausted this morning and I had done yesterday's workout not even 12 hours prior. It was hard to really push. I just wanted it over.
