Insanity - Week 2 - Thursday - Cardio Recovery

I did my workout in the morning so I could get other things done after work. It was "just" Cardio Recovery and my legs are worn out. I have Go Far this afternoon and hopefully the kids will run well. Anyway, I'll take 2 activity points for the Insanity workout. I didn't wear my heart rate monitor.

coffee w/ skim milk [2]
oatmeal w/ protein powder [7]
ham & apple [4]
cheese, carrots & orange [4]
pork loin & brown rice [9]
apple, light English muffin w/ peanut butter [8]

Yay, my appetite is back! I feel about 99% better. I used all of my 29 daily points and both activity points, and have 46 weekly points remaining.
