No formal exercise today. I rode my bike up and down my block for a while. My son is still learning to ride his bike so we can't go far yet. I did about 2 miles but didn't wear my heart rate monitor and I'm not taking any activity points for it.
oatmeal  w/ coolies & cream protein powder  & banana 
scrambled eggs  w/ sauteed  onions & tomato on Sandwich Thin 
apple  & cottage cheese 
turkey breast  w/ mashed cauliflower 
cinnamon mocha coffee  & peanut butter ball 
Two coffees  and several teas. I used all my daily points and met my GHGs. I have 10 weekly points remaining. I'm so glad I didn't let myself lose control Tuesday night.
