No cardio this morning. I had a super early meeting. I swear, for as much as I wanted to be able to Turbo, I don't have a lot of desire to actually do it.

apple  & yogurt 
mixed vegetables , salad  & baby carrots  w/ fat free dressing 
pretzel M&Ms 
black beans  & venison  in olive oil 
grilled cheese & tomato sandwich 
One cup of coffee  and several teas . Blah blah, blah, 29 weekly points remaining.
