Challenge 1 Day 25

I think it's time to kick the Level 5 cardio up a notch. I can either start of with more speed or more resistance. I'm not sure which. Next cardio day, I'll see how my body reacts to starting out with more resistance, and if I can't get through it, I'll go for speed.

Food was good. I wasn't all that hungry yesterday, but I did make myself eat 6 small meals. I need to eat more vegetables. My fiber has been low.
