Cardio was great. It really makes me feel like I've accomplished something when I do it, as weird as that sounds. I hope my mother-in-law buys her Total Gym soon so I can have her stationary bike. A change in cardio would be good and I'm really too cheap to buy another expensive piece of equipment. Weights, yes. Machines, no.
Food was good, as well. My last meal was late because my husband was late getting home. It's a good thing I opted for a light snack off schedule.
