- 1/2 cup dry quinoa
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 cups (1 15-oz can) black beans, drained & rinsed
- 2 cups (1 15-oz can) great northern beans, drained & rinsed
- a handful of cilantro and fresh parsley, chopped well
- 1/2 tbs garlic powder
- 1/2 tbs onion powder
- salt & pepper to taste
2. Mix the beans, herbs, and spices together. Add in warm quinoa.
3. This can be served warm or cold.
