Stop being a lazy fucking pig, Becks!
So I'm up .4. But I had leg day on Tuesday and then walked four miles. Then yesterday did boot camp. My legs are so spent. I think they are retaining. I've done well with my food with the exception of yesterday where I also binged on pizza. I made myself a salad but ate the kids' pizza instead. It was homemade so not as bad as restaurant pizza but still. I ate too much. I'm not going to let myself get discouraged by that. If I can stick with it for the next week, I'm sure to see a loss next Thursday.
