40 Days - Stronglifts - Week 1 - Thursday
My legs and shoulders are sore today :(
Breakfast - coffee a/ Splenda & creamer 
Lunch - banana, hard boiled eggs, green beans & peppers 
Dinner - I didn't bother. I'm bitter that I'm afraid to eat food I enjoy.
