I spend way too much time thinking about working out and not enough time actually getting physical activity in.

Food

Breakfast - coffee w/ Splenda & creamer [9]
Lunch - yogurt & hard boiled eggs [7]
Dinner - beef fajita salad w/ sour cream, salsa & cheese [12]
