No workout today. I'm sore. I think I'm going to take the days after leg/HIIT days off.

baked chicken thighs  w/ bulgur  & vegetables  - I mixed the bulgur with some sauteed garlic, onions & peppers, then added some paprika and diced tomatoes with green chiles. OMG. Good stuff!
