Day 23 - NROL - No workout today!

I was going to do my random Turbo Jam 20MWO but I had too much to do to prep for tomorrow. I still have time to get it in Wednesday or Friday.

Breakfast - coffee w/ Splenda & creamer [12]
Lunch - Haha, you're kidding, right?
Dinner - chicken, avocado & lobster cake [14]
Snack - apple & string cheese [6]
