Day 19 - NROL - Sick Day

I had a workout scheduled for today but I felt too run down to do it. I'm sure it's because I'm not eating enough. Whatever.

Food

Breakfast - coffee w/ Splenda & creamer [12]
Lunch - banana & yogurt [5]
Dinner - hard boiled eggs & pepper slices [6]
