bench press - 80 lbs
deadlift - 100 lbs
bent over dumbbell row - 30 lbs
jackknife
I did my workout, and halfway through I remembered that I planned on doing it tomorrow. Oh well.
Food:
turkey bacon & hard boiled eggs
black beans, salsa & cheese, dried cherries
Korean meatballs w/ Asian medley vegetables
almonds
