Today's workout was 100 jumping jacks. I have been so freaking busy and trying to get to bed at a decent time because I've been positively exhausted lately. If it weren't for this 100 challenge my friend issued, I'd be doing jack shit on non-lifting days.
Food:
hard boiled eggs & turkey bacon
chicken fajita w/ sweet potato
tilapia w/ sauteed onions & peppers
cheese & nuts - I probably overate these.
