Today's workout was Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout. I remember when I was able to do this one without breaking a sweat or taking a hard breath. I didn't bother with my heart rate monitor. I don't care to know how few calories I'm burning anymore. It felt good to get a good sweat on, but damn, I am out of shape. I hope I bounce back quickly.
Food:
apple & cottage cheese
bagel thin w/ cream cheese, almonds
string cheese
orange
salad w/ turkey breast & homemade honey mustard dressing
jalapeno poppers (unbreaded, made with light cream cheese & turkey bacon)
