61 Days until the Spartan Sprint

Today's workout was a much needed stretching session. No video but I spent about 20 minutes stretching and foam rolling.

Food:
banana
salad w/ cheese, avocado, hard boiled egg & fat free dressing
cheese & almonds

It looks like I didn't eat much, but trust me, I ate a lot. I probably overate. I also took a sleeping pill so I'm going to bed early.
