I've decided to tart P90X+ on Sunday. I'll do it for 6 weeks, then after the Spartan, I will do something else. Maybe Insanity Asylum, if I can get back into shape.
Food:
coffee w/ skim milk
hard boiled egg & banana
random school lunch stuff - It was just little bits of everything on the menu. I didn't overdo it.
Mexican pulled pork w/ broccoli
homemade milk shake - It's amazing what a cup of milk, a tablespoon of pudding mix and some ice will do for a girl.
Triscuits w/ cheese
