My IT band is still bothering me so I did some foam rolling and stretching again. I hate not being able to exercise hard, due to the injury and lack of energy. I think things will get better in both of those areas.

coffee w/ skim milk
apple & cottage cheese
turkey burger (no bun), salad w/ avocado & fat free dressing
cube steak w/ salad
string cheese & pepper slices
