52 Days until the Spartan Sprint

Minimal activity today - I did 100 random reps of crap. Not a good day but I'm pretty sure it's not going to get worse.

Food:
smoothie & a cookie - Not the best breakfast, I know.
navy bean soup w/ brown rice
turkey sunshine salad w/ fat free dressing
apple & cottage cheese
