I started this blog as a way to keep track of my first Body For Life challenge. I've kept it up as I've gone through more fitness programs, including New Rules of Lifting, ChaLean Extreme, 30 Day Shred, P90X, Insanity, and Turbulence Training. I work in a school cafeteria and I try to eat Weight Watchers style. I am currently preparing for a Spartan Sprint in March 2012.

49 Days until the Spartan Sprint
We were out of town (state) for the day. Food was typical good-times fare. I came home late and did this week's Saturday Fitness Beatdown - one-legged lateral leap squats. Here's my submission.
