Today's workout was 100 reps in the dish room at work. I did squats, hops, jacks...I forget what else. It's been a long day.
Food:
coffee w/ skim milk
apple & cottage cheese
turkey sunshine salad
coconut chicken salad w/ honey mustard vinaigrette dressing - OMG, this was awesome. Everyone loved it. My picky 7 year old had seconds.
