51 Days until the Spartan Sprint
100 reps again. I really need to put together a routine and stop using "100 reps" as an excuse to not exercise well.
Food:
coffee w/ skim milk
apple & cottage cheese
turkey sunshine salad
cheese omelet
ice cream - BOO!
