New Rules of Lifting for Abs - Week 5 - Wednesday

I had a banana after I posted my blog last night.

Food:
coffee w/ skim milk [1]
scrambled eggs w/ cheese, sandwich thin w/ homemade apple spread [8]
salad w/ turkey, cheese & homemade dressing [8]
banana & carrot sticks [0]
crumb-coated chicken w/ mixed vegetables [10]
cake & ice cream [7]
apple [0]

I used all of my daily points and have 39 weekly points remaining.
