No workout today. I feel like poo.
Food:
apple & cottage cheese
hard boiled egg w/ pepper slices, vegetable soup
cereal [6 pts] - I wanted to pretend this didn't happen. I feel so out of control.
venison tenderloin w/ raw vegetables
40 ounces of water and numerous teas. I pretty much drink tea non-stop once I get home. 26 weekly points remaining.
