Post-Insanity Break - Week 1 - Thursday - Rest Day

I ate some Cool Whil & chocolate chips last night after I blogged - BOO! 12 points gone in an instant.

Food:
iced coffee w/ skim milk [4]
apple & cottage cheese [5]
turkey salad w/ light dressing & olive oil [13]
apple [0]
salad [7]

I used all of my daily points and have 30 weekly points remaining.
