Turbo Jam 20 Minute Workout

Another day of dreading having to come home and exercise. Fortunately, it was quick. I pulled my right hamstring a little because I was wearing socks, no shoes. I have to find my indoor shoes.

  • coffee w/ Splenda and fresh vanilla creamer
  • meatballs - just plain old meatballs
  • salad w/ ranch dressing, baby carrots
  • eggs, English muffin w/ butter
