Hope you are feeling better. I either have hip flexor tendinitis or I strained my hip flexor while doing toe taps at boot camp yesterday. It was/is bad. Thankfully today is just upper body. The gym is closed on Momday. I'm hoping by Wednesday its better. I'll need to modify around it u til then. Food has been decent. I'm under my calorie goals but I need to back down off the carbs. I need to find a protein bar that doesn't use whey or soy as its protein source. The Probar bites are good. But they don't have a lot of protein. Need to check the vega brand next.
