Feeling better but...

I needed one more day to recuperate. I have my workout ready for tomorrow. Going for a heavy 5x5, because I haven't had DOMS in years.

Yes!! You rock. I did 4x8 Giant sets, shoulders, bi and tris yesterday. Then got properly drunk last night and fucked up my nutrition for the day. But it was worth it. We went to carrabbas for dinner. I actually made great food choices. But the booze...oh the booze. Slightly hung over but I got up at midnight and had a banana with PB to stabilize my blood sugar and took some Tylenol. Not sure if I'll workout today. We will see how I feel.
