I don't even know what my workout for today was supposed to be. I didn't have time to look. I also didn't have time to eat, so all I had was my coffee and a protein cookie that tasted like Play-Dough.
Meh. I ended up eating a bowl of plain Cheerios and a peanut butter sandwich.

I did chest and back STS yesterday and was thinking about you. Everytime I lift heavy (was doing meso cycle 3), I feel fucking fantastic after and energized. I know you are doing a break in but I think you should consider doing a heavy weight day. A 5x5 or something. Just to get your juices flowing.
Im going to try to do STS backwards. So Meso 3, 2 and 1. We shall see how that works out. I have boot camp too MWF so I think this might all be too much. Over the weekend I was calculating and recalculating my 1rm for the work outs so I have many more done than last time. However, I'm doing mostly BW only with legs becuase of how messed up mine are.
I'm going to Cabo in April so I have to get my ass in gear stat! I've been logging in MFP because WW is an asshole and isn't working for me.
