NROL Break In A

I managed to get my workout in before work. The second A workout was pretty much the same as the first. I still don't feel like I'm ready to squat and lunge with weights yet. Maybe by next time...

Workout:

squat - 2 x bodyweight x 15

static lunge - 2 x bodyweight x 15
two point dumbbell row - 2 x 10 lbs x 15

push up - 2 x 15
swiss ball crunch - 2 x 20

Food:

  • coffee w/ Splenda & French vanilla creamer
  • granola bar & peanut butter crackers
  • Subway - chicken bacon ranch melt & chocolate chip cookie
