Cardio Party 1

A 45 minute workout on my day off wasn't really my idea of a good time. I suffered through it, then spent the day watching Netflix.


  • coffee w/ Splenda & French vanilla creamer
  • eggs w/ toast 
  • chicken breast, cheesy potatoes, corn
Meh. Not a great day.

I don't know how you can go through the day without eating hardly anything. I'm loving the MFP app. Did I say that already? The bar code scanner is awesome. That app and website are way better than the WW tracking methods.

I had boot camp yesterday and hit my activity goal by 10am yay! But then went to dinner and probably ate enough calories to offset all the good work all week. Boo! Weigh in today!

I'm really not all that hungry these days. Sometimes I am, but most of the time I'm not. My dinners tend to be a little big. My goal right now is to not eat junk.
