103 Days until the Spartan Sprint

Today's workout was 3x5

bench press - 70 lbs
deadlift - 100 lbs
bent over dumbbell row - 25 lbs

coffee w/ creamer & mill
cheese pizza w/ cream of potato soup
cereal bar
cheese & nuts

Not a stellar food day but I did turn down a second cereal bar.
